water was ON. According to sign at campground, the tank is filled using a generator that is brought in temporarily. So once dry, it may remain dry for several days. If no water in campground, try the spring mentioned in the guidebook 0.1 mile down the highway. Another trailhead sign said there was water in Canebrake Creek 1.8 miles down highway 178. 7/29/04.
